FLOODS- KNOWING WHEN TO LEAVE?

Some local roads may be impacted by flooding.  Check the NSW SES fact sheet for local evacuation routes to find roads on higher ground. 

Never drive through flood water on a road.

FLOODS - HOW CAN YOU HELP?

NWCS is a community hub that will prepare and respond to local Riverstone in conjunction with the NSW State Emergency Services (NSW SES) and Blacktown City Council. Spontaneous Volunteers work together with NWCS when needed to respond using the Riverstone Disaster Project Equipment in the Resilience Trailer.  If you or your organisation wants to become a spontaneous volunteer with NWCS, please contact us at (02) 9627 3622.
